Terms of sale for South African orders
The agreement between you and Soothely (Pty) Ltd when you buy something on this site.

The contract
A contract of sale forms when we accept your order, which is when payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation email. Until then no contract exists and no charge is made.
We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, the price was displayed in error, or we cannot deliver to the address given. If we decline after payment we refund in full.
Prices
All prices are in South African rand. The price shown is the price charged, and the total at checkout is the total you pay.
Promotional prices run for a stated window and the price returns to the regular price afterwards. A struck-through price is a price the product genuinely sells at outside promotions.
Returns
Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act gives you 6 months to return anything defective, unsafe or not as described, for a refund, repair or replacement at your choice, at our cost. We do not offer a satisfaction or results-based refund beyond that.
What the product is
Everything we sell is a cosmetic product for external use. None of it is a medical device and none of it diagnoses, treats or prevents any condition. Colour, coverage and wear vary with skin tone, skin type and application.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Ingredient lists are printed on each pack. If you have a known allergy or reactive skin, patch test first, and speak to a pharmacist or a doctor if you are unsure.
Limits
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited under the Consumer Protection Act.
