The agreement between you and Soothely (Pty) Ltd when you buy something on this site.

A contract of sale forms when we accept your order, which is when payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation email. Until then no contract exists and no charge is made.
We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, the price was displayed in error, or we cannot deliver to the address given. If we decline after payment we refund in full.
All prices are in South African rand and include VAT at 15%, as section 65 of the VAT Act requires. Delivery is shown separately before you pay.
Promotional prices run for a stated window and the price returns to the regular price afterwards. A struck-through price is a price the product genuinely sells at outside promotions.
You may cancel within 7 days of delivery without giving a reason, under section 44 of the ECT Act. The goods must be returned unopened and you carry the direct cost of returning them.
Separately, section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act gives you 6 months to return anything defective, unsafe or not as described, for a refund, repair or replacement at your choice, at our cost. We do not offer a satisfaction or results-based refund beyond these.
The Soothely Pen is a cosmetic product. It is not a medical device and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Results vary with starting shade, diet and consistency of use.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited under the Consumer Protection Act.
